  • Prisoner Reverse Lunges 
  • Wide push ups
  • Bulgarian split squats
  • Renegade rolls
  • Goblets squats
  • Closed push ups
  • Bench Dips
  • Elevated shoulder push
  • Walkouts
  • Scissors abs
  • Knee up crutches
Rest for 5 Minutes, Repeat for a total of Two Rounds.
