5 Minutes Exercise Routine for Power

Exercise is essential for proper spinal and overall health:

5 minutes of strength bodyweight exercise can go a long way.  Research show that not exercising can cost you $2,500 a year. Imagine that!

Here is the routine: 10 Reps Each

 Each for to Rounds

  1. Jump squats x 10
  2. Push ups x 10
  3. Jump Lunges x 10
  4. Push ups x 10
  5. Lateral Lunges x 10
  6. Push ups x 10
  7. Burpees 2 Push ups x 10
