Fitness Wednesdays - Arms and Legs together

Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight exercise routine that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!

Today's workout: Arms and Legs together
1st Round 

  • Dumbbells Biceps Curls  or Bands x10 / Jumping Jacks x20 
  • Dumbbells Triceps (back)  or Bands x10 / Jumping Jacks x20 
  • Dumbbells Press x10 / Jumping Jacks x20 
  • Split Squats x10 ea leg / Jumping Jacks x20 

Repeat for 6 times
