Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight exercise routine that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!

Two strong- 
As a warm up, solo workout routine or finisher do 5 round / 5-10 reps each

Burpees /push up x2
Full squats / dumbbell push
