Fitness Wednesday- The 4 Round Challenge
Strong core muscles make it easier to do most physical activities and important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries.
Exercise: 4 Rounds for Time (I finished in 14.34 min)
25 - Push Ups
25 - Squats
25 - Burpees
25 - Sit Ups
