Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight or weight exercise routines that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!


Fitness Wednesday- Run and Strength

  • Warm Up - 1 minutes each - Jumping Jacks, Butt Kicks, Forward Kicks, Ankle Touches, Run in Place, Seal Jacks
  • Run (or Cardio) For 10 Minutes
    • Strength#1 - 2x - 1 minute Push Up, 1 minute each leg - One leg bent forward to lunges
  • Run (or Cardio) For 10 Minutes
    • Strength#2 - 2x - 1 minute Air Squats, 1 minute each leg - Knee to Shoulder
  • Run (or Cardio) For 10 Minutes
    • Strength#3 - 2x - 1 minute Bicycle Abs, 2x - 1 minute Mountain Climbers
  • Run or (Cardio) For 10 Minutes
    • Strength#1 - 2x - 1 minute Shoulder Mobility Y,X,A, 2x - 1 minute Half Burpees
