Fitness Wednesday-3/25/2020 Core
Strong core muscles make it easier to do most physical activities and important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries.
Exercise: Two Rounds
30 sec - Walk out Up, Walk back Up
30 sec - Bilateral Elbow to Knee
30 sec - Mountain Climbers
30 sec - Bicycles Abs
