Welcome to Fitness Wednesday. Today is a simple 1,2,3 punch to your core with this three exercises.
3 for your Core
1. Ground lunges x 10 ea
2. Push-ups Jacks x 10
3. Bicycles (abs) x10
After complete 10 of each, start from the beginning. Complete 10 rounds or as many as possible in 10 minutes.
