Work out for 60-seconds on each exercise then rest 10-seconds. Rest 60-seconds between full rounds!
A 60 Plus
#1. Legs-Ups - 60 seconds (video)
#2. Squats Jacks - 60 seconds
#3. Pushups - 60 seconds
#4. Run in Place - 60 seconds
Rest 60-seconds and repeat.
This routine will hit every part of your body. Upper body, Lower body, Abs, and Cardio.
