Fitness Wednesday - Full 10 (Whole body)

Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight exercise routine that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!


Today's work out:


Full in 10 min:
Repeat each exercise for 12 reps

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Regular push-ups
  3. Regular Mountain Climbers
  4. Chair Dips
  5. Squat push (weighted)
  6. R/L Shoulder Roll
