Fitness Wednesdays - 4 to Push

Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight exercise routine that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!



Today's workout: 4 to Push

Repeat 10 reps each, complete full round, complete as many in 10 minutes

1. Push up to Knees 10x
2. Burpees Jacks 10x
3. Dive Bomb Push ups 10 x
4. Bicycle Abs x10

Repeat for 10 Minutes
