#1 - Running in place 30 sec / Mountain Climbers 30 sec
#2 - Jumping Jacks 30 sec / Push Ups Jacks 30 sec
#3 - Skaters Jumps 30 sec / T-Push Ups 30 sec
#4 - Hops 30 sec / Push ups walkouts 30 sec
# 5 - Shadow Jabs 30 sec / Plank Jacks 30 secs
Repeat for 5 Times
