Fitness Wednesdays - The 30 SEGUNDOS

Welcome to another fitness Wednesday, our purpose is to bring you simple bodyweight exercise routine that you can accomplish at home or anywhere to support your healthy, happy fun life!

Today's workout: The 30 SEGUNDOS



30 Second Each

  • Cardio - Burpees
    • 10 seconds rest
  • Strength - Push Up 
    • 10 seconds rest
  • Cardio - Knee Up 
    • 10 seconds rest
  • Strength - Jump Squat
    • Repeat each exercise 2-4 times  

Total Time including rest: Approx. 6-12 minutes
