Pro-Holistic Care Show Episode #3 - Prevention?

Prevention (Webster dictionary) -: the act or practice of keeping something from happening.



The Pro-Holistic Care way of preventions:

  1. Get Adjusted: Take care of your spine and Brain
  2. Move all day long, all day long
  3. Exercise 30 minutes a day, every day
  4. Get in a more comfortable weight, lose weight if needed
  5. Rest a minimum of 7 hrs a day, you can include naps
  6. Hydrate constantly. lots of water
  7. Eat responsibly, avoid junk and sugars
  8. Supplement the diet base of your nutritional needs
  9. If you drink alcohol, no more than 2 drinks per day ave. (but occasionally) 
  10. Play, have fun build a positive community 
  11. Practice relaxation techniques
