Today I am presenting you a simple but effective exercise routine utilizing the TABATA style high-intensity workout or HIIT.
This is done with any type of exercise, in this case:
- PUNCH.PUNCH KICK
- PLANKS T / ARM THROUGH
Do the exercise 20 second fast and 10 seconds recovery.
This will only take 4 minutes and 10 seconds.
