Today’s topics: Healthy food swaps. Try swapping a few of your usual staples for a healthier option.

Examples: 

#1. Change the pasta with  a cup of Zoodles (Or zucchini noodles)

#2. Dish the bun: Try to eat your favorite burger with a lettuce leaf or something like almond tortillas or others

#3. Change the cow’s milk to alternatives like  Unsweetened Organic Almond, Coconut, or Cashew milk.

EXTRA: THE MAIN GOAL IS MAINTAIN SUGAR OUT OF YOUR DIET 

  • EAT PROTEIN FOR BREAKFAST DISH THE CEREALS
  • USE MONK FRUIT OR STEVIA AS A ALTERNATIVE SWEETENERS- DISH THE SUGAR
  • STOP DRINKING JUICE AND SODAS
